Size: 2.4-3.5" (60-89 mm)

Habitat: waterside woodlands, lakeshores of North America
The Zebra Swallowtail is the most common of the North American Kite Swallowtails. The Zebra Swallowtail is named for its bold black stripes. As caterpillars, Zebra Swallowtails also have stripes, but these are yellow and black.
